In 2013, as part of the rehabilitation of the bridge, Hydro-Marine Construction Co., Inc. completed the installation of 70 pile jackets. Forty-Two  of the pile jackets were structural and twenty-eight  were protective jackets, each measuring 10 foot long. In 2015 Hydro-Marine Construction Co., Inc. completed the underwater inspection and repair of the Long Branch Sewerage Authority Ocean Outfall Pipe in the Atlantic Ocean.

With the recent storms like Hurricane Sandy, the structure owners were concerned about preventing movement in the outfall pipe due to future storms. In 2014, Hydro-Marine Construction Co., Inc. working as a subcontractor, completed the installation of 115 pile jackets at the bridge. The first eight piers are constructed of timber pile bents and the remaining piers are constructed of steel pipe piles.

In 2014 Hydro-Marine Construction Co., Inc. assisted in the installation of pile repair jackets on over 100 piles. Existing 20” square concrete piles were encased in fiberglass protective jackets. Epoxy fill material was pumped between the pile and jacket. Water depths in the work area ranged from 18 to 45 feet deep.
